I have built a strong foundation in International Private Law and Commercial and Creative Contracts through my experience working at a prestigious Romanian law firm and as an independent legal practitioner. Registered with the Bucharest Bar Association since 2014, I bring deep expertise to my clients, always prioritizing professionalism and clear communication.

After earning my law degree from the University of Bucharest, I pursued an LL.M in International Contracts, Arbitration & Compliance from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. I also completed a research year with a Foundation of Science and Technology scholarship at Nova University of Lisbon, Portugal.

Since 2020, I’ve had the honour of serving as the Ambassador for Romania at the European Legal Tech Association and, in 2023, I became its co-Vice President.

Entrepreneurship has always been a passion of mine. Hence, I have also graduated with an MBA in the INDE program from BBS-ASE Bucharest in partnership with CNAM, Paris, and I have obtained several certifications in entrepreneurship from institutions like MIT, Delft, and Blue Ocean Strategy.

I believe that technology is transforming creative businesses, and this inspired me to build a practice that brings together my legal expertise and passion for innovation.
